With an extensive background in the Education Sector, Sharon has worked within People Services for over 18 years and brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to her role as People Services Manager at RMET.  Sharon is qualified in People Services and Payroll and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
